Great location right on the slope, so it was easy to ski, in and ski, out. the breakfast buffet was free, which was nice. the views of the mountain from the breakfast area were excellent.
The musty smell in the rooms was unpleasant, and the rooms were cramped and poorly lit. the Wi, Fi connection was unreliable.

This hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. The location is ideal, right on the main street in Hirafu. I loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants without any hassle. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were newly renovated and had a fantastic view over the mountain opposite. And let's not forget the breakfast included in the stay – a great start to a day of skiing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All was great and exceeded my expectations!

A great hotel for skiers, with a fantastic location near the slopes, and wonderful staff that are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with private onsen and a wide variety of breakfast options. The convenience store and pizza delivery in the lobby is a great touch for a quick snack after a long day on the slopes.
Some issues with the ski locker being too cold and wet, resulting in damp boots in the morning. , the selection of rental ski gear from the hotel was not up to par with more modern equipment.
